We ned to put some priorities on different channels. Example Facebook Wall commnets to come first in the chat then the other older chats. So the priority to by by channel and not by time.

We have an option to filter chats by messenger. You can use this feature as a workaround. If you choose the certain messenger, you will see chats that came only for it.
As for your request, we will consider including it in our current roadmap in case it has some extra upvotes.
